MANUAL ROLL GROOVER
Finger-adjust depth screw and gauge keys provide quick adjustment and accurate, repeatable grooves. The formed grooves comply with the specifications required for mechanical coupling systems.
6600 Forms standard roll grooves for 1 1/4"–6" steel pipe   20 lbs. (9kg)
Features:
  • Lightweight at 20 lbs. for manual use
  • 1 1/4"–6" Schedule 10 and Schedule 40 steel pipe

  • Can be used manually or in place when powered by

  • Uses heavy duty bearings, hardened and ground shaft and roller
  • Can roll groove 2"–8" K, L, M & DWV copper pipe (with optional roller and shaft)
  • Comes standard with bent ratchet and ratchet extension
  • Grease fittings for lubrication points
  • Ball detents on both depth screw and pinion gear

For 1"–6" Schedule 5 to Schedule 40 steel. T-handle feed design minimizes operator fatigue. No separate ratchet required. SAFER – short lengths of pipe stay on rollers without operator assistance. All models are lightweight, compact and easily mounted. Carriage does not need to be removed for installation.

HYDRAULIC ROLL GROOVER
For use with a pipe threading machine. Makes grooves 1"–16" Schedule 10 and 1"–12" Schedule 40. Conveniently and easily attaches to your 2" or 4" pipe threading machine. The carriage, reamer or die heads do not need to be removed from the machine. A simple mounting bracket provides quick attachment to Wheeler-Rex 6090, 7090, 8090 and 6790 Threading Machines as well as Model 300 Machines.
